Returning a 4pi System for Repair
  • Please do not return any 4pi equipment without first consulting our support personnel. We would prefer to get your system fixed without returning it to us. Our support records show that the large majority of problems are not related to the Spectral Engine or can be fixed locally at your site.

  • If we determine that the Spectral Engine does need to be returned for evaluaton or repair, we will issue an RMA number immediately over the phone, and will do our best to give you the shortest turnaround possible. In some cases, turnaround can be as short as one day, and is rarely more than one week.

  • Contact 4pi support to initiate an RMA request.
