Open the Drivers folder on the CD.
Open the FPXDriver folder.
Perform the following steps to install the Win2k-compatible FPXDriver:
After the Spectral Engine Hardware is installed and the computer booted, the computer will (supposedly) detect that new hardware has been installed. The Wizard will be automatically launched by Windows and display the Found New Hardware window.
Click Next to continue. The installer should automatically find the CD-ROM and select the correct file. If it does, you will be able to click Next through to the Finish of the procedure.
If the procedure does not find the correct files, tell the Wizard to search for a suitable driver for the device and click Next.
Uncheck all search check-boxes. Turn on the Specify a Location checkbox and hit Next.
In the subsequent search window, hit Browse and select the FPXDriver folder in the Driver folder on the CD-ROM.
The Wizard should find the FPXDrvr.inf script file. Click Open to insert the path into the Found New Hardware Wizard and OK to confirm the selection. The Other PCI Bridge Device should be listed as "found." In this Results window press Next to proceed with the installation.
The completion window should appear. Press Finish to close the Wizard. No restart is necessary.
Install the hasp driver by running the Hasp32.exe installer in the Hasp folder, located in the Drivers folder on the CD-ROM. Don't forget to connect the hasp. Refer to the Hardware Install procedures for more information.
