The Multi-Toolbar

The Multi-Toolbar is a remnant of earlier versions of Revolution. As Revolution has continued development, the functionality of the toolbar has been moved to other parts of the program. This page summarizes its remaining use. The multi-toolbar will disappear completely sometime in the 1.6.x development cycle.

Select the multi-toolbar from the bottom of the Mode menu. A floating toolbar is displayed on screen as shown below. The default orientation of the toolbar is vertical. The orientation can be set with a menu in the General Prefs.

Note that some buttons are greyed out (permanently deselected). This means 100% deprecation - see below for details. The multi-toolbar can be repositioned on the screen according to a user's wishes.

The function of each multi-toolbar button is described below, with links (where appropriate) to a corresponding section of the manual. Deprecated functions may still work but are not supported.
